Free Dockage and Account Credit!
All renewing annual wet storage leaseholders will receive one month free dockage at the beginning of the renewal term.
All new annual wet storage leaseholders also receive a month free dockage at the end of the lease term.
Additionally, annual wet storage leaseholders receive a $500 in-house credit which they may use towards fuel, yacht
maintenance or on marine store purchases. NOTE: Utility charges are not included and the $500 in-house credit will expire concurrently with the expiration date of the lease.

25% Dockage Discount!
Transient clients who are members of either Boat US or MarinaLife receive a 25% discount on daily dockage. Please present your membership card prior to departure. This discount available at all three marina locations.
